Breaking Bones and Boundaries: The Violent Charm of Deadpool and Wolverine Masterclass

Deadpool: The Character Who Stands Between DC and Marvel

Deadpool's Unique Position in the Comic Universe

If there is anyone who stands between DC and Marvel, it's Deadpool, a strange character whom you can't entirely call a hero; villain would be too small a word for the antics Deadpool pulls with his enemies. Many people foolishly compare Deadpool to Batman, but Batman would never dream of killing the Joker. However, if Deadpool were in DC, he would have torn the Joker in half in the first scene and served him to Batman at a party in the evening.

The Challenge of Making a Deadpool Movie

Creating a film about such a complicated character, especially after a six-year hiatus, is no easy feat. That's why Marvel came up with a super formula and incorporated the iconic character Logan, aka Wolverine, alongside Deadpool. This move signifies not just Deadpool's comeback but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe's return to the box office.

Understanding the Movie: A Necessity

To fully grasp the new Deadpool movie, it's necessary to be familiar with the storylines of previous MCU movies, especially Loki and his TV series, which provide essential context. For those well-versed in these stories, Deadpool and Logan will be like a hard-earned trophy. However, if you prefer to watch movies without overthinking, you can still enjoy this film without any prior knowledge. In a dramatic sense, Deadpool is Marvel's most mass-appealing character, offering pure mass cinema with action, bloodshed, and lots of cursing.

Deadpool in Hindi: A Must-Watch

The real fun of watching Deadpool comes from its Hindi dubbing. You'll literally laugh until tears come out with the dangerous jokes, but remember, it's adult writing, not kids' jokes, straight from the Mirzapur type of avatar.

The Plot: Simple Yet Intriguing

Deadpool's world is about to end, and his family has only 70 hours left. The disaster is caused by Logan, whose sacrifice has led Deadpool's world to gradually head towards its end, making Deadpool's superpower his biggest curse. Despite the impending doom, Deadpool decides to do some superhero work. His childhood dream is to have a name like the Avengers, but you've never seen Deadpool get beaten up as much as he does in the first 5 minutes of this film, with Logan, aka Wolverine, delivering the blows. However, there's a twist—the Logan we see isn't the real Logan but an imposter. This imposter Logan is no less than Deadpool; in his world, people call him a villain.

Entertainment Guaranteed

A one-line review for Deadpool and Logan is that you will get the entertainment you seek, repeatedly, with lots of action. If the film starts with Deadpool counting the 206 bones of a human body, imagine how many thousands of bones will be broken in the entire two hours. Story-wise, there is no shock or unpredictable twist. The film runs on its presentation, showcasing two iconic, bloodshed-loving characters face-to-face and then together. The visuals are so stunning that each frame looks like wallpaper. The VFX, being Marvel, is top-notch. This film is less about Deadpool and more connected to the past of our X-Men brother.

The Missing Element: A Satisfying Villain

The film lacks a truly satisfying bad-guy presence. There are two awesome action lovers on screen, but if they had someone like Thanos or a brainy villain like Loki to fight, it would have been perfect cinema. Nonetheless, experiencing these two together in a frame in a theater feels like being in a big stadium—total bloody cinema without a filter.

Final Thoughts: A Cinematic Festival

The Hindi dubbing this time is amazing. If you get a chance, please watch the film in Hindi at least once. It's more comedic than many comedy movies. What Ryan Reynolds does after wearing the suit is no less than a festival. Each scene with Deadpool feels like a "paisa vasool" (value for money) experience. This time, the chemistry with Sanket Mhatre's voice will surely elevate Marvel's collection in India to the top rank.

So, there's no point in giving stars because Deadpool and Logan are like a festival that everyone will want to participate in. Forget the reviews; book your tickets and go have fun. It's mass cinema; there's no need to overthink. Just enjoy your popcorn while laughing.
